  • Order number
  • Clear description of the issue
  • Relevant photos

Returns & Exchanges

Return period: Within 90 days of purchase

Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Securely packaged

How to Request a Return:

  1. Email customer@averyard.com with:
    • Order number
    • Item code(s)
    • Reason (e.g. refund, exchange)
    • Clear photos
  2. We will provide the return address upon approval
  3. Send the item and share the tracking number
  4. Items will be inspected before processing
  5. Refunds or exchanges will be arranged accordingly

Processing time: up to 14 business days after receipt

 

Order Cancellation

Unpaid Orders:

Can be canceled anytime. Just email customer@averyard.com.

Paid Orders:

If you request cancellation before the order is shipped and within the allowed timeframe, your order can be canceled.

Please contact us ASAP. If the order is already processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

 

Defective / Damaged / Wrong Items

You’re eligible for a full or partial refund or replacement if you receive:

  • Defective item
  • Damaged item
  • Wrong item

If damage occurred during shipping, please request a "Proof of Damage" from the courier to include in your claim.

 

Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method and notify you by email.

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund
  • Discounted/sale items are non-refundable
  • Unauthorized returns may be rejected

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 7–10 business days:

  • Double-check your bank or PayPal account
  • Contact your credit card company
  • If still missing, email us at customer@averyard.com

 

Return Shipping & Fees

  • If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

  • If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

  • Customer pays return shipping for personal reasons (e.g. wrong size/color, changed mind)
  • We cover shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
  • No relisting fee will be charged
